The place is great-very close to the beach,clean and calm. The owners are very nice people ,who take care of everything you need. You can relax in the beautiful garden. It's close to the shops and restaurants. It has a big parking.

The apartments were very clean and had everything we need. The host was very friendly and came out to all our additional needs. The garden was very big and nicely arranged and had all necessary equipment for barbecue. The beach beds and chairs were available for using at the nearby beach.

Nice place, very kind people (the owner with his wife and their daughters!!!), always were there for any information needed.
Very close to the beach (30 meters). The see is amazing and the place very clean.

I have just come to the end of a lovely 3 week stay with my 2 kids and partner.
It is in a lovely spot. Cross the road and you are at the beach in a quiet spot away from all the busy beaches in town.
They are superb hosts and lovely people and we would hope to stay again one day.
I think my kids will have outgrown the sofa bed by next time so we would need a bigger space. Fingers crossed there is a 2 bedroom available next time.
It is also just a ten minute walk from the town where we trialled and tested all the lovely restaurants. Our favourite two we found were Aura and Neapolis.

Very nice hosts, great place, friendly and clean apartments. Spacious wonderful garden. Beach just 1 minute away by foot and lively village and restaurants a 15 minutes walk away. Polychrono is a good place to start to explore the peninsula Kassandra. Polychrono is lively but not as much as other places nearby which we enjoyed a lot. We had a great time and looking forward to come back! Great also that they speak German so well which makes things easy and one feels home immediately! :-) Thumbs up!

The hosts are very polite and pleasant people who looked after us during the whole stay. The rooms are clean and accommodated with WiFi as well as AC. Can highly recommend this place! Wonderful place.

We have stayed there twice and it is simply wonderful. The apartments are very well maintained and cleaning is done regularly. The beach is just a min away. The garden is very well maintained and spacious with many sun lounges. The area is very quiet and with great view. The owners are very nice people and will look after you. The wifi works very well (as this may be an issue in Greece).
The city center is 10 min away walking and it is great for evening walks or if you wish to have break from driving. There is enough place to park your car in the premises of the property.
Would definitely go back!

It was an amazing and relaxing week at Sun Residence! Beautiful and peaceful location with a very spacius and idyllic garden. Big parking for your car. The Suites are new, clean and very stylish furnished. Exclusive marmortiles in the bathroom, very good wifi connection and several international tv programs in an airconditioned Suite. We had a groundfloor Deluxe Suite with big private terrace with green gardenspace and sunbeds. The sea is just in a 2 minutes walking distance and you can choose the natural beach or go some metres walk to the organized lounge beachbar (Crystal beach bar) . The Soul of Sun Residence are the owners, Angeliki & Denis) with their friendly and welcoming behaviour, they help you to find hidden restaurants and beaches and also the nicest places in the closer enviroment. A ten minutes walk and you are in the village with a lot of shops, restaurants, coffeshops... We will come again for sure!
